Sola Caritas is your online social profile. You have Facebook as your casual profile, you have LinkedIn as your professional profile... now you will have Sola Caritas to record all the philanthropic and volunteering activities you have done in the past - your social profile!
We know you've done great things to help others in the past - the world should know about it too. You can also find more opportunities that our partner charities have to offer. You simply click to apply! We then help you keep it orderly in your own schedule on our dashboard, and after you complete the activity, it gets posted automatically to your public social profile.
Soon, we will also give users the ability to generate donations for their favourite charities by simply watching videos that are sponsored by our partner companies. Each time a video is viewed, that company will make a donation to your choice of one of our partner charities... without you paying anything! Hence it's called, "Donate for Free". How much you raise - and for which charities - will also be shown on your social profile page.
Sola Caritas means "By Charity Alone" in Latin, and it's the spirit that we and all our constituents embrace. None of our partner charities or members pay us anything - ever (we still love them). We are a for-profit corporation - our revenues come from the advertisers that appear in the Donate for Free section.
